Body Conditioning

A training programme that develops technique, muscle memory, strength and flexibility

Body Conditioning is open to all students studying Grade 1-3 Ballet

We will be following the 'Progressing Ballet Technique' programme as well as using basic pilates and yoga exercises to enhance the students weekly ballet classes.

This fun class will look at specific details of the classical technique such as core stability, control of turn out and development of footwork/point.

HHDC will provide all students with a pilates ball (£5 deposit - ball to be returned if no longer attending class) which they will use both in sessions and at home.
